Summary
The extension turns your Asana projects into CSV, Excel and Markdown files inside your browser. We do not run servers that receive your Asana data, and we do not use analytics, tracking or advertising.

Our licence page (the page you land on after paying, which also hosts this policy) runs on Cloudflare Workers. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page, under its privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. We do not store anything from your visit. Emails you send to support@indexagentica.com are kept only as long as needed to help you.
We never sell or share your data, never use it for advertising or creditworthiness, and never transfer it for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose (exporting your Asana data).
The use of information received by the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Permissions

app.asana.com: call the Asana API, read the current Asana tab's URL to find the project, and show the "Export with comments" button on Asana project pages.
The extension contains no remotely hosted code.
Retention and deletion
Everything is stored locally. Remove your token from the Settings page ("Remove token"), deactivate your license there, or uninstall the extension to delete all extension data. You can also revoke the token at any time in Asana's developer console. Purchase records (your email, the amount and the date) are kept in our Stripe account for as long as bookkeeping law requires (in Sweden generally 7 years); ask us at support@indexagentica.com for a copy.
Your rights (GDPR)
We act as controller only for purchase, licence and support data. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can request access, correction or deletion at support@indexagentica.com, and complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
